Dr. Holly Fay is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate from Gonzaga University and over 17 years of experience in healthcare. Her background spans primary care and oncology, where she developed a deep appreciation for truly listening to patients and creating care plans that feel both personal and realistic.

Her transition into longevity and aesthetics came from a growing passion for helping patients feel like themselves again—energized, confident, and well from the inside out. After serving as an interim medical director in an aesthetics practice, Holly knew this was the direction she wanted to pursue, combining medical expertise with a more proactive, wellness-focused approach.

At Skin by Lovely, Holly serves as both Longevity Provider and Medical Director, focusing on peptide therapy, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and personalized longevity care. She is especially passionate about treatments that support energy, balance, and overall vitality—helping patients not just look their best, but truly feel their best.

Holly believes healthcare should feel collaborative, empowering, and deeply personal. She values building genuine relationships with her patients and creating plans that are sustainable, individualized, and aligned with each person’s goals. A Pacific Northwest native, Holly enjoys spending time outdoors, whether boating, biking, or gathering with friends and family. She values connection, balance, and creating space for joy in everyday life.
