Here’s a tasty tip for healthy skin!

I just gave a talk entitled ‘Skin Care for Athletes’ to members of the LA Tri Club. I shared a tip with them that’s good for everyone…

Coconut water is very similar to our body’s blood & plasma pH, making it easier for your body to absorb the hydration.

It tastes great too!

Raise your metabolism every morning! Drink 16 oz of purified water with the juice of 1 lemon,1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and a splash of cayenne pepper. Drink this within an hour of rising. Lemon and cayenne are natural detoxifiers and help break down fat. The Apple Cider Vinegar assists in digestion. Good luck!

Here is a little beauty tip for those pesky little lines around your eyes: After you apply your eye cream at night, apply Vasoline or Aquaphor on top to help seal in the eye cream. The active ingredients in your eye cream will then be more readily absorbed!
