Skin by Lovely is seeking Telehealth Medical Providers for future opportunities to join our growing team! This role is ideal for a licensed medical provider who is passionate about medical aesthetics, patient safety and delivering thoughtful, personalized care through telehealth.

The Telehealth Medical Provider will play an important role in supporting Skin by Lovely patients and Injection Specialists by conducting pre-treatment medical evaluations, commonly referred to as Good Faith Exams, for patients seeking aesthetic medical treatments. This provider will review each patient’s health history, evaluate treatment eligibility, identify potential contraindications and make appropriate clinical determinations prior to treatment.

This position will primarily support patients located in Oregon, California and Washington. Providers must maintain appropriate active licensure for the state or states in which they evaluate patients and practice in accordance with applicable state regulations, scope of practice requirements and Medical Director oversight.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to patient safety. They understand that each telehealth evaluation is an individualized medical encounter and approach every patient with care, attention and professionalism.

Through our sister company, InjectionU, and the support of other educational providers, we are also able to act as an educational center by providing comprehensive, hands-on training for health care providers new to medical aesthetics, including newly hired Skin by Lovely Injection Specialists.

Education & Experience:

• Active NP, PA, MD or other qualifying medical provider license

• Active licensure in Oregon and Washington required, CA a plus

• Experience conducting patient assessments, medical history reviews and clinical evaluations

• Experience in medical aesthetics strongly preferred

• Telehealth experience preferred

Possesses knowledge of medical aesthetics, patient assessment and aesthetic treatment considerations.
Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving and analytic skills.
Excellent communication skills in a virtual patient care environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with Injection Specialists, Medical Directors and clinical leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct telehealth pre-treatment medical evaluations.
Evaluate treatment eligibility and patient-specific risk factors.
Make and document appropriate clinical determinations.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Partner with Injection Specialists, Medical Directors and Clinical Leadership to address patient-specific questions, escalate clinical concerns and support safe, consistent care across Skin by Lovely locations.
Maintain compliance with telehealth and medical aesthetics requirements, practicing within applicable Oregon, California and Washington laws.
Support an exceptional patient experience.
