Satisfy your sweet tooth, salvage your diet
One of my favorite guilt-less recipes is Chocolate Avocado Mousse Pudding. I know, adding avocado to pudding may sound strange……but trust me! Aside from the nutritional value and the essential fats, avocado adds a delicious, rich and creamy texture that you’ll love!
Chocolate Mousse Pudding
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup of pure water
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until silken. And voila….delicious, chocolaty, decadence!
