She graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, focusing on Chemistry. During her time there, she also balanced the exciting roles of being a cheerleader for the San Diego Chargers NFL team and serving as a sports nutritionist for professional athletes across various disciplines.

Her commitment to holistic wellness led her to pursue advanced nursing studies. Throughout her career, Mandy has held significant roles in cardiology, women’s health, and case management, always championing patient-centered care. Her leadership on the wellness boards of Moda and Cambia Health Plans has been instrumental in creating innovative health programs that promote comprehensive well-being.
