1. Returns

if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days. Please email to coordinate return of unused product and we will process a refund via the same method which you paid.

2. Broken/Damaged Items

If your product arrived broken or damaged during shipment, please contact orders@skinbylovely for further instruction. Please include images of your damaged items for insurance purposes and we will begin processing an exchange immediately.

3. Brilliant Distinctions Points

To use Brilliant Distinctions points on your SkinMedica purchases, please contact your specific office or shop our Brilliant Connections microsite. You can log into your Brilliant Distinctions account there to use existing points and be rewarded for your purchase!
