Yes. Sofwave™, our non-surgical skin-tightening treatment, is currently offered exclusively at our Portland flagship, one of the perks of visiting our headquarters.
Always. Every consultation is complimentary and no-pressure. New patients begin with a 60-minute consultation to review your health history, discuss your goals, and build a personalized plan.
Yes. We keep a credit card securely on file to reserve your appointment. For injectable services, treatment can often be done that same visit if time allows. (Esthetician consultations are assessment-only, if you’d like a facial or skincare treatment that day, please also book that service.)
You’ll start with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your goals, then your provider assesses your skin and recommends a personalized plan. Our approach is always thoughtful, supportive, and never rushed, and there’s no pressure to decide on the spot.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. A few details so there are no surprises:
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $75 fee.
Missed or no-show appointments incur a $150 fee.
Arriving 10+ minutes late may mean a shortened visit or reschedule; 15+ minutes late is considered a no-show.
For Monday appointments, please cancel by Saturday at 2:00pm by phone, or anytime Sunday through your online portal, to avoid a fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
