If you were a Corrective Skincare LA patient, you can now book all your appointments through Skin by Lovely at our Santa Monica location.

Yes. We keep a credit card securely on file to reserve your appointment. New patients begin with a complimentary 60-minute consultation to review your health history, discuss your goals, and build a personalized plan. For injectable services, treatment can often be done during that same visit if time allows. (Esthetician consultations are assessment-only, if you’d like a facial or skincare treatment that day, please also book that service.)

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and because our providers are in high demand, we ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel. A few details so there are no surprises:

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $75 fee.
• Missed or no-show appointments incur a $150 fee.
• Arriving 10+ minutes late may mean a shortened visit or reschedule; 15+ minutes late is considered a no-show.
• For Monday appointments, please cancel by Saturday at 2:00pm by phone, or anytime Sunday through your online portal, to avoid a fee.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
