Shop Policies

1. Returns

if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days. Please email orders@skinbylovely.com to coordinate return of unused product and we will process a refund via the same method which you paid.

2. Broken/Damaged Items

If your product arrived broken or damaged during shipment, please contact orders@skinbylovely for further instruction. Please include images of your damaged items for insurance purposes and we will begin processing an exchange immediately.

3. Allē Points

To use Allē points on your SkinMedica purchases, please contact your specific office or shop our Brilliant Connections microsite. You can log into your Allē account there to use existing points and be rewarded for your purchase!

4. Shop All SkinMedica

To shop all SkinMedica products, you can purchase directly through our Brilliant Connections microsite.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 5:00pm on weekdays are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend may take 48 to 72 hours to process. All orders are shipped via USPS. Electronic Gift cards will be delivered within two hours but may take up to 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Gift Card Policy

Redeemable at Skin by Lovely for in-office purchases. This card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Not valid for online skincare purchases made directly at www.skinbylovely.com. Other restrictions may apply.
