Lovely List Membership Program Terms & Agreement
Please read carefully before enrolling.
This membership is for a 12-month term and will automatically renew for successive 12-month terms unless a written cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.
Monthly Fee: $20
Billing Date: Automatically charged on the 1st of each month to the payment method on file.

One complimentary annual chemical peel
Four complimentary wellness shots annually
Access to members-only events and specials
1. Membership Term
Membership is a 12-month commitment, including renewal periods.
Membership will auto-renew unless cancellation notice is provided in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation
Memberships cannot be canceled before the completion of the 12-month term.
Early termination is not permitted except in cases approved at the sole discretion of Skin by Lovely.
3. Billing & Payment
$20 is charged upon sign-up, then automatically on the 1st of each month thereafter.
Both credit and debit cards are accepted.
By enrolling, you authorize Skin by Lovely to securely charge your designated payment method monthly.
If a payment is declined, you must update your payment method within 5 days to avoid suspension of benefits.
Failure to update payment information may result in loss of accumulated benefits without refund.
4. Pricing & Benefit Changes
Membership pricing, benefits, and service rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Adjustments to pricing will apply to future billing cycles.
5. Complimentary Services & Goods
Complimentary services and goods have no cash value.
They cannot be substituted, applied toward other services, or transferred to another person.
6. Termination by Skin by Lovely
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Skin by Lovely reserves the right to terminate memberships in cases of breach of terms or misuse of benefits, with forfeiture of any unused services or credits.
