Skin by Lovely Lake Oswego is seeking a talented medical assistant with a passion for aesthetic dermatology. Primary responsibilities include providing support for our Injection Specialists and providing first-class patient care. Priority will be given to applicants with medical, aesthetic or skincare experience and compensation will be based on the applicant’s ability, skills, and relevant skills.

Medical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day:
• Reconstitute neurotoxin and restock rooms.
• Restock drawers, jars, and cabinets.
• Inventory
• Medical Supply Orders
• Look at the provider-patient schedule and anticipate needs.
• Take patient photos and uploading them to the EMR.
• Room patients.
• If you’re tied up in a room assisting a provider, let the AC/ PROVIDER group chat know.
• Turnover rooms in between patients.
• Follow up with patients who are running late for their appointment.
Aesthetic Consultant Responsibilities:
• Creating a world-class experience by developing relationships with our patients and sharing top-quality, product education.
• Administrative duties such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, greeting patients.
• Maintain relationships with all current and previous patients and build strong patient rapport.
• Work collaboratively with medical and administrative teams to ensure premier patient experience.
Sales:
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct pre-consultation; describe Skin by Lovely’s treatments and skincare brands professionally and with an expert knowledge base.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential patients; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections
Skills:
• Reconstitute and date neurotoxin
• Draw up neurotoxin per provider preference and tray set-up
• Draw up neurotoxin for hyperhidrosis
• Kybella
• PRF; Drawing blood, Tubes in the centrifuge, Pulling up PRF in syringes
• Sculptra
• Prep patients for filler or microneedling; Apply numbing cream to the face
• Familiarize yourself with the names of all the filler
• Package and date leftover filler.
Will act as a MA float on busier clinic days and assist where needed, determined by the Practice Manager.
Ad Hoc Requests: Support of Clinical Lead for other tasks as requested.

Salary: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Experience:
Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
