We are currently seeking an Experienced Advanced Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics, a commitment to excellence in patient care, and a passion for continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Perform facials, chemical peels, and microneedling
Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans
Educate patients on skincare products and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and timely charting in compliance with company protocols
Collaborate with our Providers and Aesthetic Consultants to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
Qualifications:
Active Advanced Esthetics License in the state of WA
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical or high-end aesthetic setting
Proven ability to meet service and retail goals
Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines; SkinMedica, Revision and Alastin
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for helping people look and feel their best
