Patients often ask how long their Juvederm® treatment will last, but the results really do vary depending on product type, the amount of product used, your own anatomy and treatment area. Dermal filler gels used in the chin, cheeks, and jawline tend to last a little longer than dermal fillers used in the lips or nasolabial folds. The effects generally tend to last between 6 months to 1 year. based on the above information.
To ensure you look your absolute best for that special event, we suggest coming in for your dermal filler treatments at least one month (or more depending on the occasion) before your event is scheduled for. This gives your skin time to settle down after any swelling and allows for any touch-ups if desired.
