No. Rewards are promotional offers applicable toward treatment only. They can’t be cashed out, transferred, or spent on retail or gift cards.
Have them tell the front desk before they check out, or book through your referral link so it’s tracked from the start. Once a visit’s closed out we might not be able to apply it after the fact, so the link is the safer bet.
Lovely You rewards are a goodwill thank-you to existing patients, not payment, compensation, or commission for referrals, and no one is required to refer anyone to receive care. Rewards apply only to elective, self-pay cosmetic services. Each reward is a limited credit toward a future eligible cosmetic service. It has no cash value and can’t be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used on retail or gift cards. Valid for new patient referrals only. One reward applies per visit and rewards can’t be combined with other referral or rewards programs. Exclusions apply, including prescription-only services and select promotional pricing, subject to provider approval. Referrals never influence clinical recommendations, treatment decisions, or the care any patient receives. Skin by Lovely offers this program in accordance with applicable Oregon, Washington and California law and may modify or discontinue it at any time.
We moved to a new system on May 1st 2026, which makes tracking rewards automatic. New referrals are counted from that date forward!
