Membership is non-cancellable and non-transferable before the 12-month term expires.
In cases of breach or failure to meet the terms, Skin by Lovely reserves the right to terminate the membership and revoke unused services or credits without refund.
Yes, your membership will auto-renew unless you let us know at least 30 days before the end of your term.
Your fee is due at sign-up.
We accept both credit and debit cards. Members authorize Skin by Lovely to securely charge the selected method monthly.
Your Lovely List membership stays active until 12 months from your original sign-up date, and you keep all your original contract perks and special pricing right through that term.
When your 12 months are up, you’re welcome to move up to the Self-Love Club! It’s completely your choice, and there’s no need to decide before then.
One thing worth knowing: Lovely List and the Self-Love Club are separate programs, so their perks and pricing aren’t the same. Your Lovely List benefits stay exactly as they are until your term ends. If you’d like a side-by-side look before your renewal date, just ask any team member and we’ll walk you through it.
