Skin by Lovely Membership Programs
Please read carefully before enrolling.
Skin by Lovely offers two paid membership programs. The Self-Love Club is our current program, open to new members. The Lovely List is a legacy program that is closed to new sign-ups. Current Lovely List members keep their original benefits and pricing through their term. Please refer to the section that applies to you.a
Self-Love Club Membership
Annual Fee: $350, billed as a single annual charge at sign-up.
Billing Date: Your $350 fee is charged in full at sign-up and again as a single charge on each annual renewal date.
1. Membership term. Membership is a 12-month commitment, including any renewal periods. It auto-renews for successive 12-month terms unless written cancellation notice is received at least 30 days before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation. Membership is non-cancellable and non-transferable before the 12-month term is complete. Early termination is not permitted except in cases approved at the sole discretion of Skin by Lovely.
3. Billing & payment. The $350 fee is billed as a single annual charge at sign-up and again on each annual renewal date. Both credit and debit cards are accepted. By enrolling, you authorize Skin by Lovely to securely charge your designated payment method. If a payment is declined, you must update your payment method within 5 days to avoid suspension of benefits. Failure to do so may result in loss of accumulated benefits without refund.
4. Pricing & benefit changes. Membership pricing, benefits and service rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Adjustments apply to future billing cycles. The 15% skincare discount applies to medical-grade skincare products only.
5. Credits, complimentary services & goods. Birthday credits, complimentary services and complimentary goods have no cash value. They cannot be substituted, redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. The $100 birthday credit must be used within your birthday month and does not roll over or carry forward if unused. The complimentary add-on is limited to one per full-service facial (60 minutes or longer) and is not valid on express facials.
6. Termination by Skin by Lovely. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Skin by Lovely reserves the right to terminate a membership in cases of breach of terms or misuse of benefits, with forfeiture of any unused services or credits.
Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change without notice. Any complimentary goods or services included with a membership are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be applied toward any other products or services outside of the membership offering.

Lovely List Membership Program Terms & Agreement
Legacy program — closed to new sign-ups
The Lovely List is no longer open for enrollment. If you’re a current Lovely List member, your membership stays active until 12 months from your original sign-up date, and you keep all your original benefits and pricing through that term. At the end of your term you may move up to the Self-Love Club or let your membership lapse. The two programs are separate, so their benefits and pricing differ.
Monthly Fee: $20, charged on the 1st of each month to the payment method on file.
