Unopened skincare products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Once opened or used, products cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and quality standards.

If your order arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please email orders@skinbylovely.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) for verification. We’ll process a replacement or exchange right away and cover all shipping costs related to the issue.
